Dennis Callison is the president and founder of Xplor Commercial Real Estate Corp. Prior to launching Xplor, Dennis served as Vice President of Brokerage for a Midwest based real estate firm with a focus on Northeast Indiana. Dennis spent most of his real estate career serving as Director of Acquisitions for a Midwest based Equity Investment Group, where he handled acquisitions, dispositions and leasing transactions. Dennis was also responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers of retail real estate across the country and with brokers and retailers nationally. Dennis joined Equity Investment Group in 1997 as Senior Leasing Associate responsible for pursuing leasing opportunities with national accounts for retail centers located throughout the Northeast, Mideast, Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States.

Dennis has over 21 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in over $400 million in real estate transactions. He is also a partner in CTS Properties, LLC, a development company focused on single tenant development. He is an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Kienan O’Rourke is Vice President at Xplor Commercial Real Estate. He serves his clients with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness that often exceeds his client's expectations. His proficiency in the office, industrial, retail, development, and investment markets provide the needed insights to assist those looking to acquire, dispose, or lease real estate in Northeast Indiana.

Kienan comes from an extensive background in local government as a City Planner for the City of Fort Wayne, but began his commercial real estate career in 2013. Since 2013 he has been involved in over $100 million in real estate transaction. He assists institutional clients, corporate clients, and individuals across the United States. He was the District 2 State Representative for the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR), a current board member for the CDC (Community Development Corporation) of Northeast Indiana, a former chair member of YLNI (Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana), and an active member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Kienan holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with this wife and chasing their three wonderfully mischievous sons.

Neal Worden began his career in commercial real estate in 1986, after completion of a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University with a concentration in real estate. His primary emphasis is in the valuation of all types of real estate throughout Northeastern Indiana thru The Worden Group, Inc. Presently he specializes in the valuation of complex easement rights and right of way acquisition for a variety of clients including cities, counties, attorneys, and courts.

Additionally, he provides real estate consulting, advisory, sales, and leasing services for a variety of properties throughout Northeastern Indiana. This includes retail, warehousing, manufacturing, office facilities, as well as investment transactions for a variety of clients including owners, investors, attorneys, tenants and even brokers.

Neal holds both an Indiana Brokers and Appraiser licenses and is was involved in local leadership of the Appraisal Institute. Neal has three daughters and has enjoyed coaching a variety of youth sports including high school football and track and field.

James is an ambitious broker who puts client needs first. Being a Fort Wayne native, James has deep relationships and a positive reputation throughout the community. James started his real estate journey in 2020 after graduating from The University of Saint Francis with a bachelor’s degree and a decorated football career.

James’ entrepreneurial spirit along with his outstanding customer service make commercial brokerage a natural fit for his skill sets and personality. He provides multiple solutions to best fit his client’s needs.

In his free time, James enjoys hiking and camping with his wife, sports, Church events, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Patrick has more than 25 years of commercial design/build experience including a background in marketing, market analytics, sales, and project management. He works closely with clients listening attentively to their needs and strategic intentions so he can develop, implement and deliver effective solutions.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Patrick attended Bishop Luers High School and then went onto Butler University’s College of Business Administration. He then completed his real estate training at Troyer Real Estate School.

Patrick understands the Fort Wayne market and “time is of the essence” to seize opportunities when identified. He takes his fiduciary responsibility to his clients seriously by continuously working to enhance his value to investors and maximize their ROI. He is driven to be a trusted advisor for his clientele in all facets of commercial real estate in Northern Indiana.

Tom Deitche, CPM® has been performing property management for commercial and multi-family properties for over 30 years. Tom has extensive knowledge of Asset and Facility Management, including office, retail, medical, industrial and multi-family properties. Tom also holds a Managing Brokers license with the Indiana Real Estate Commission. Tom was recognized by the National Apartment Association (NAA) as Maintenance Technician of the Year and subsequently Property Manager of the Year.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). An alumnus from Leadership Fort Wayne, Tom has been very involved within the community as both a board member and on advisory committees. A native of Fort Wayne, Tom has invested his time and talents within the Fort Wayne area serving his clients, as well as the community, his entire life.

Kristie Burriss offers over 20 years of extensive experience in property and asset management with an emphasis in multifamily: conventional/market rate housing, student housing, senior housing, and affordable housing. Kristie is passionate about and sincerely enjoys the development and implementation of management systems to achieve both operational and financial excellence. Her approach to any management role is best described by her favorite quote by the famous author, John Maxwell, “The single biggest way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development. There is almost no limit to the potential of an organization that recruits good people, raises them up as leaders, and continually develops them."

Kristie’s ability to identify and set attainable goals for growth and investment, oversee, and manage all vital day-to-day operations, develop and implement company policies and procedures, and create and monitor comprehensive budgets has successfully assisted in the overall improvement of multiple multifamily complexes. With new property start-ups, her experience includes successful marketing, resource management, and human resources through excellent client and employee relations coupled with a strong belief in the value of integrity.

When Kristie isn’t at work, she loves being a “mommy”, spending time with family, traveling, interior decorating, and when time allows, gardening.

Kristie holds a Real Estate Brokers License with The Indiana Real Estate Commission as well as a Real Estate Salesperson License with The Ohio Real Estate Commission.

Charlotte Tompkins joined the commercial real estate industry as a marketing specialist in 2008. She has spent her career developing print, social, and online marketing campaigns for local, national, and international clients from both the brokerage and property/asset management side of the business. Highly experienced in creatively marketing properties for maximum or targeted exposure, her specialty is the creation of market analysis packages for high-level properties.

Charlotte's skills have supported local brokers in Des Moines, Iowa and Fort Wayne, Indiana markets to international property managers as the marketing director for the NAI Global Asset Management Council. She has sat on international marketing councils for CRE marketing professionals and continues to further her skills by attending annual marketing summits.

Charlotte holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from Nebraska Wesleyan University and is a fully license real estate broker in the State of Indiana.”

Terri is an Administrative Assistant specializing in Property Management but also handles general back-office support at Xplor Commercial. After staying home for many years raising her 4 sons, she re-entered the work force as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent. She worked in this position for over 20 years until she moved to Indianapolis, IN where she assisted at a furniture and home décor store. After returning to Fort Wayne a couple of years ago, she decided to apply her skills at Xplor. Terri’s work experience, coupled with her dedication to the mission of the company, make her a crucial member for Xplor’s successful performance and community standings.

Aside from spending time with her husband, 4 kids, and 14 grandkids, she enjoys remodeling homes and refashioning furniture in her free time.

Elise Vetter is an Administrative Assistant at Xplor Commercial Real Estate. She provides exceptional support with everything from Brokerage, to Marketing, to Property Management, to general back office support. She brings much added value to the company with her extensive list of skills from her lengthy past experiences in clerical work.
